Job Description

• Design and develop the server-side components of our games

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code

• Implement and maintain game server infrastructure, including load balancing, database management, and network optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the game servers

• Collaborate with game designers and client engineers to ensure seamless integration of server-side and client-side components

• Optimize server performance to provide the best possible gaming experience for our players

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to improve the server-side components of our games

Skill/Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in server-side game development

• Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Java, or Python or PHP or NodeJS

• Experience with game engines such as Unreal or Unity

• Familiarity with network programming, server infrastructure, and database management

• Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers, game designers, and artists

• Passion for gaming and a desire to create high-quality online gaming experiences
